Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 15, 2026 · Brevard SEM LLC ("Brevard SEM," "we," "us," or "our") · Contact: hi@marxi.ai
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Brevard SEM LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Marxi (the "Service"), an enterprise AI-powered marketing intelligence platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, organization details, authentication credentials, and role assignments provided by you or your administrator.
- Workspace and client data: domains, brand DNA, telemetry mappings, and other configuration you submit to operate the Service.
- Usage and technical data: log data, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, session metadata, and product analytics necessary to secure and improve the Service.
- Third-party integration data: data retrieved through authorized connections you enable (described in Section 5).
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls;
- Generate private, internal analytics, reports, and AI-assisted insights for your organization;
- Monitor security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations;
- Communicate with you about the Service, including support and important updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Google Analytics or Search Console data for advertising profiles or unrelated third-party marketing.
4. AI Processing
Marxi uses proprietary and third-party AI models to analyze data you authorize. Outputs are generated for your organization's internal use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business, legal, or compliance decisions.
5. Google OAuth and Google API Services
Google OAuth access. With your explicit authorization, Marxi uses Google OAuth to connect your Google account to the Service. This connection allows us to access read-only Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) data associated with properties and sites you select in the product.
Purpose of access. We access GA4 and GSC data solely to ingest telemetry, display dashboards, and generate private, internal AI insights and reports for the authenticated user and their authorized workspace members. We do not use this data for advertising, resale, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service.
Secure vaulting. OAuth refresh tokens and integration credentials are stored in encrypted, server-side vaults accessible only to authorized backend services. Tokens are not exposed to other customers or the public internet.
AI use of Google data. GA4 and GSC metrics may be processed by the proprietary Marxi AI analysis pipeline only to produce insights visible within your account (for example, executive summaries, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations). This data is not used to train public models for unrelated consumers.
Your control. You may disconnect Google at any time through the Service. Upon disconnection, we cease new API pulls and delete or invalidate stored tokens according to our retention practices.
Marxi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Other Integrations
If you enable additional integrations (for example, Google Ads, WordPress, or reputation data sources), we process only the data required for those features, under the permissions you grant. Each integration can be disconnected from your workspace settings.
7. Data Sharing
We may share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted subprocessors that host infrastructure, provide security, or support operations under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy;
- With your direction: when you explicitly authorize sharing.
8. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege architecture. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International Transfers
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact hi@marxi.ai. We may verify your request before responding.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
